I understand hydrogen is like a battery or energy storage. Fuel cells can be fueled with hydrogen, which in turn produces electricity. The key word here is 'motor' as in electric motor as opposed to internal combustion 'engine'.

We often confuse the two as in 'gas' instead of gasoline or petrol. I've heard people saying they were going to get gas for their TDI VW. They then quickly anger when it's pointed out diesel is differnt then gasoline and gas is still something else.
This why I have no girl friends.
