Re: ND Bakken Watch (Pipeline Constraints - Enbridge to the Rescue?) That was my first thought. The same reasoning why we have "crude" tankers and "cleans" tankers. There is an acute shortage of tanker cars and the quicker the turnaround the faster they can be returned to take on another load.
