water rate increases...wasn't this discussed recently..lolfront page of today's paper 2012 6.5% proposed increase 2011 4% increase 2010 9.8% 2009 7.3% 2008 9.7% 2007 3.8% I don't think the water district has suffered very much during this economic downturn .. what a joke
