Just wonderin'Why is this stock being bought today ... now at $44? Even RIG says the 30 million shares are going at $40.40. Of course they fill be dilutive to the share price, dividend and per share earnings. All the analyses state that it's too soon ... wait 'till end of 2012. What do the buyers know that so many of the distinguished analysts don't? Not trying to be funny .. trying to figure this thing out ....
Any ideas?
