OT - Interesting Series of Presidential DebatesPutin plays chess, his moves are strategically planned. Obama and the Democrats 'think' they know how to play checkers, and get bashed every time. Trump plays chess, elsewise how did he get to where he is? Trump played it well, he didn't reveal anything new, he didn't expose his hand, a chess strategy. With three weeks to go, exposing any moves he makes now will see counter-moves by the Democrats....they have three weeks to counter his exposures. But, in the two Presidential debates he has made the same comment that may indicate part of his strategy------he strongly criticized Clinton as to why they telegraphed their intentions weeks in advance of any action against ISIS, allowing the perceived culprits to escape.? Didn't they know or understand the concept of the 'element of surprise'? He mentioned how George Patton and others who successfully used it, but that went straight over the Democrats heads., They continue to display a confirmed Obsessive Compulsive Disorder to win 'battles', not 'wars'. It would not be surprising if, very close to the election date, Trump plays a strategic chess move or two that doesn't give the Democrats any time left to formulate a response or deny. As for Julian Assange in the Ecuadorian embassy, had Russia or China taken him in, the Democrats would have had an excuse to claim they were trying to influence the US election. Ecuador is a quasi-neutral holding area for Assange. defusing any Democrat claims of interference. IF Trump is elected, one of the early things he would be wise to do is, by Executive Order, clear all charges against Assange and bring him back to the US as a hero. Is Trump playing chess, while the Democrats blindly continue playing checkers? |
