I can hardly think of a worse stock to "trade".
* SFL's business is based on contracts that are 5-10 years long.
* SFL's corporate nature is very conservative when it comes to entering new contracts.
* SFL's dividend structure is very predictable.
* SFL's PPS reacts very slowly to EPS and dividend changes
On what basis can one make a decision? The only thing that has worked for me is to buy more shares when the candle has a long bottom tail, and write more calls when the candle has a topping tail...
