Corvisa has quietly posted the name of a new customer, Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, one of the nation’s largest and most prestigious pediatric facilities.
But again, this customer appears to be a recipient of Salesforce consulting services and apparently not one buying the contact center software that has earned the company lots of industry attention.
Children’s Hospital has nearly 3,000 employees, and getting their telecom business would be a big plum, maybe even a turning point. That is one of the reasons why Corvisa provides Salesforce assistance; they had hoped that it would provide an entree to allow the company to also sell its contact center services. Several months ago, there was some interest from a much larger health center in the contact center technology, but nothing seems to have happened there.
We await word from the company on what’s next: another round of NOVC funding, selling the company or merging with one or more other companies. In the meantime, it would be nice to hear how those 30 salespeople, many of them top notch and highly experienced, are doing.
