I doubt if they bought Codebox IDE since anyone can download the editing system for free off of the Internet. Corvisa has been quiet about who is going to provide Cloud support for the systems they sell. Many of the large ISPs offer limited Cloud services at no charge, just like the free email accounts.
Did they buy FriendCode Inc.? Does FriendCode Inc have a Cloud server system, or are they contracting Cloud services with someone else?
Novation for the third time has selected a business that is very competitive. Where is the long term profit? Is it selling a package system? Is it charging for use of a Cloud server? Is it for programming services (most companies will not want the overhead of their own IT Dept.) Is the strategy to find a large customer and sell them Corvisa? Is Corvisa worth the $30+ million to a buyer? Not now, and maybe not ever.
