I have no problem with this. Either this organization or another where they spend the money, I don't care about controlling, as long as it is spent efficiently and in a place of need. For what I read to Doctors without Borders is reputable. God knows there so many places in desperate need, be it Africa, Middle East, parts of Asia where people are displaced, maimed, killed everyday so often due to proxy wars.
