TiVo filed their damages brief under seal.....That's a bummer....IMHO they will be going for treble damages of what the jury awarded ($ 1.25/ mo/box trebled to 3.75/mo/box), and on top of that they will probably be asking for additional penalties for their lost customers and they will probably be asking for disgorgement of all Dish's profits since April 2008. I would think that the total damages requested by TiVo for post April 2008 infringement might total well over 750 Million....but I'm not sure when we will get a chance to see it. Maybe it was just filed under seal long enough for the parties to redact it of confidential business information.
