Bureaucracy HappensSince my bride was not listening to me what with odor of certain investments, I sent her an email about visiting a certain primitive Indian village in the north of British Columbia. She was kinda taken with this: http://www.bcadventure.com/halcyon/ Kind of a funny story about all this. The Nakusp Indian village school signed a contract to buy an Energy Cabin maybe a year ago but they wanted modifications. The Energy Cabin consists of solar panels and backup pellet stoves that are supposed to replace all electricity and heating for a building at a substantial saving. The modifications were to use native vegetation for pellets. Currently they have 4 huge boxes of parts and pieces of the Energy Cabin but they can't put things together until they fill out all the forms and get all the permits from the bureaucrats in Canada. I wouldn't know anything about all this except that a ne'er do well company we have stock in sold the Energy Cabin and nervous investors keep asking what happened to the order. Bureaucracy happened. The school is thinking of giving tours when and if they ever get the dang thing installed and the purveyor wants to use it to sell others. There are numerous installations in Europe. Wonder why the earth continues to heat up? Best, Terry
