Getting Around OEM Pay

This could turn out to be a pretty big deal and it could become a good alliance
between Rambus and some important banks.   For example the global bank ING was
recently at the Mobey Forum where Rambus was the host.

If anyone knows about Starbuck's loyalty payment cards / smartphone payments,
they'll see how successful this can be:

<< As Nadel points out, there is good news for banks who want to avoid transaction fees related to providing services via OEM payment methods. More specifically, financial institutions can now move closer to the consumer, thereby helping to accelerate the mass adoption of mobile payments and mobile wallets.>>

<<The pros and cons of a bank launching with an OEM Pay in comparison to launching its own mobile payment service;>>

<< Why banks should launch their own ‘Bank Pay’ mobile wallet and the different added value services that can be included to give them a competitive edge;>>
