Re: ARM average royalty per chipMolly, Arm's per chip of 4.5 cents is still decent but Rambus's CRI has half to one cent per chip? plus small amount per chip for dram if you divide royalties per chip. Soon, Rambus will have additional new R+ revenue plus MRAM revenue by 2016. Add some lighting revenue plus revenue from Display from Acacia. Not to mention lenseless sensor revenue coming soon. All might add up bigger than Arm's revenue per chip. So, Rambus is indeed looking pretty good. I would buy some just in case you are wrong. Ming, imagine if the AT trial was held in Texas? Looks like Texans are straight forward no nonsense logical people. I grew up in San Fran so I know how most of the people think. It was indeed a big mistake to hold an AT trial in San Fran. Ming |
