Lying at the top & The Doctrine of Imputed Knowledge -

Lately,  extreme lying and perjurious statements at the very top echelons of government has become so routine that the layman might think that it is the established and accepted norm.  The truth is that it's not.   'Plausible deniability' is simply a stupid and dumb excuse to try to get out of tight fixes!

In an appropriate and timely case, the US SUPREME COURT should reaffirm and clearly define the DOCTRINE OF IMPUTED KNOWLEDGE to pin down the liability and fault of supervisors, managers and including the President of  the  United States himself on any given situation especially those extremely scandalous ones like we are facing today.

This should also be in furtherance of what is known as COMMAND RESPONSIBILITY and in consonance with what is commonly referred to as "The Buck Stops Here!"

The time is NOW!
