Re: My take on the Elpida carve-outI think this was a wise decision. It effectively removes one uncertainty from the whole picture wrt earnings. Earning expectations are easier to calculate. If Rambus continues to receive its royalties ,this news then becomes a surprise. I think this is good policy.
