It is hard to believe that Essex has not read the transcripts when he wanted to destroy any lawyers' credibility.

When the transcripts tell the true story,of why, when,and what  evidence occurs for all  lawyers to see,this is truly an amazing error and not only a  careless error on his part.   He relied heavily on the evidence to chatise other lawyers.  

 To this day anti Rambus judges continue to claim that  Rambus destroyed an abnormal high amount of material.  They have never admitted the destroyed material was in the normal range.. When the anti Rambus  judges  total and subtract  the weight of the phone books,catologues and stacks of  computer printout they must not like what they find. 

I bet Rambus employees can remember how many phone books, out dated parts manuals and stack of computer print out paper that were removed from their offices.
