  amigos are savy on the PATENT rules...  no doubt about it.

  bet they also understand the importance of NDAs..

    bet they also understand design analysis and recognize the 'significance' of RMBS RDRAM design and on top of it, what makes it 'work' (4 key pieces)

     so you are going to tell me, these savy companys, members of JEDEC for some years, were going to be trapped by someone who brought their designs to JEDEC to offer it up for them to build, using NDAs to boot....

       not buying it there sport...  not buying it at all..  but its what the JEDEC members sold isn't it..

  yup, RMBS walked in, used NDAs, and was just going to let JEDEC have it for 'FREE'...
