"Manipulators"? The only real outrage here is that someone could keep up the pretense, over more than six years, that a slow, steady decline in share price from over $77 to under $7, by a company that generally loses money and fritters away its assets, could be the result of "manipulation". If you think it's all an "illusion", just try selling your shares for $50 or so.
"Justice" does not demand that your bad decisions be ratified by the marketplace. The beauty of the American market system that you deride and despise is that it ignores ravings like yours and places a value which is at least fairly rational on the assets which you are incapable of valuing on a logical basis.
