And Kudelski issues another memo this morning urging us to sell.

Yesterday I called broker to sell shares, and he said that it would cost transaction costs and sell for less than 1.55 plus fees. why would I do that?
Just best to wait and see what happens. If he gains control, then he will just pay the 1.55 and no transaction fees to me. If he doesn't gain control, then I will wait it out. Been here for years anyway.

I wish we could get rid of K. He isn't acting in shareholders interest, and doesn't he have a fiduciary responsibility to act in our interests?

I encourage all retail investors to just hold on...

K sure seems desperate to buy. I mean steal our shares.

Sellers sell for many reasons, but buyers only buy for one- they believe the price will go higher!
