These are Ichimoku Clouds.  In terms of analysis, the price is trading above the cloud and the smaller day MA is above the longer day MA, two bullish signals.  Not part of the clouds, there is a positive trend denoted by the green dots below the price.  This analysis is done strictly on a technical level, not including the great news that is to come in the near future.
