He's a bean counter. I'm not concerned at all. If you look at his history of selling, from the time his first options matured he has been a seller almost immediately every time. It's just his strategy. He has left a ton of money on the table with this strategy but some guys like peace of mind. They don't like risk. I would say that's a good trait to have if you are the head bean counter. Risk aversion. JMHO
This whole insider selling thing - people read too much into it. These guys need liquid cash for all sorts of reasons. JMHO
