Re: "shale gas" delays in FranceHey Ross, I popped in for a look. I have a question or two relating to French citizen-voter sentiment. Are shale gas drilling moratoria in the USA the primary driver behind these concerns? Do the delays also reflect spillover effects from the BP Macondo well disaster? I haven't looked but have to assume that France is a net importer of natural gas, and 'energy security' -- regardless of how well or ill defined -- is still important to the French. -TR
