Conflict of interest: Shareholders vs insider Group controlling the commonTeam, why is it that the BOD, Chairman + Ceo Mills, makes that statement in the 10Q The "significant concentration of stock ownership" (=directors and affiliates) "may adversely affect the trading price of our common stock due to investors’ perception that conflicts of interest may exist or arise" they openly file the conflict of interest between investors/shareholders and the inside owners with their huge ownership....a mystery....on the one side the investors/shareholders, on the other side the insider group around the directors/Chairman...fighting against each other....MGMT/CEO supports the BOD/Chairman by definition.... if the investor/shareholder lose, the insider group around the directors controlling the common win...that game obviously requires abandoning investor IR completely when played on the downside that conflict of interest between an investor and the controlling insiders is a fundamental one....unique to stxs....it does not exist anywhere else...anyone with an idea what they mean?...why do they fight against investors/shareholders from the inside? |
