IMO the best you can hope for in the short term is increasing utilization for the upgraded installed base. That should be doable if they walk the talk that training has improved, procedure time has improved, user friendliness has improved. Systems sales could be going up as well but that takes time unless a hospital has a new building ready to be equipped, otherwise it would be a 2-4 year process to sell-recognize-install. The very best that can happen for system sales would be someone like Haissaguerre or Natale saying that "I use the system routinely" for .....
Natale's group is already using ES as standard of care treatment for VT ablation so the company should not be timid about pushing VT ablation centers to adopt. Notably absent are Brigham and Women's, Duke and several others.
