Other fun fact, the SSD was scheduled for defragmenting. But not any longer.
Actually, running an fstrim on a SSD on a regular basis will keep your write speeds up by allowing the drive to reclaim and erase unused blocks ahead of time. I don't know if MS calls that "defragmenting" or not. Also, extent based file systems (and I think that NTFS falls into that category) benefit from getting the files into one contiguous extent vs. lots of little extents.
Having just gone through our healthcare briefing, I wonder how long until the insurance companies work with MS/Apple/Google to have Cortana/Siri/Google Voice tattle on me - they already are trying to have me tie a FitBit/Garmin into their system so they can get moment-by-moment data on if I am doing my physical jerks exercising - "totally voluntary and we'll give you money" right now; wait a couple of years and I bet it will be mandatory.
Just wait until they get the bright idea that I have to take a picture of every item that passes my lips, or have an IoT sphygmomanometer to report on my BP and pulse every second, or a replacement filling to watch how often I grind my teeth.
