Don't be completely negative. It is important to have balance. Also report on what was gained during this fiaSCO, not just what was lost.
Darl gained a reputation.
Linux (and all open source) gained the understanding that it is important to track the ownership of all code contributions so that any future SCO wannabee's can be answered with full documentation.
Open Source and Linux gained a reputation of not only being more cost effective, but being technically superior because many diverse experts are free to contribute.
