- How many developers will it attract or drive away?
- What benefits will it have for developers?
- Do we care how this will affect customers?
- Are we really sure we actually care? **
- If so, do we care enough to investigate the effect on customers?
- If so, how much will it affect customers?
- How many customers will it attract or drive away?
- What benefits will it have for customers?
- What drawbacks?
*Executives need to stop the short term focusing on only the results of this quarter. Good leaders will also keep an eye on the long term, which is two quarters.
