Iona's Orlando capex + $70 oil I get: $96m for 50% interest -25.5 from farmee (Fernando, note that I do not take this off the $192m, as you did, but off Iona's 50%) -10.8 after first oil (might as well assume this happens, because Iona is b/k if it doesn't) = ~$60m net Iona cost (cash outlay would be $27m, due to $33m in loans) As for $70 oil.... OK, but I think that might still be very much in doubt one year from now. Given how much of Orlando will be pumped in Year 1, Iona et al might want to "unintentionally" come in as late as possible on that project. Anyway, if I were to assume $70 oil, there's plenty of other stocks that would certainly double at that price, and do not risk going down the tubes if the price stays at $50. So..... if I were to bet on INA, it would be, as always, because of R&O, not Orlando. |
