nawar and groupwhy would nawar post this on a gasfrac board?
to get gasfrac investors to follow him in a better investment?
to get the investors to sell gasfrac? drop the price 20-25% and jump on gasfrac?
any thoughts? i smell scam all over this.
For those interested in the plan I have for Equal, this is the plan I have submitted to the company in March, it is worth noting at that time the stock was trading at $4, so some of the numbers here have changed: http://www.slideshare.net/nawaralsaadi/equal-energy It is worth noting that yesterday, the chairman was replaced, this was one of the issues we had, the new chairman has a good experience in managing strategic reviews, change of chairman: http://finance.yahoo.com/news/equal-energy-announces-changes-senior-222500373.ht\ ml I believe this the first step toward the company declaring a formal strategic review, after which some of the company's assets will be sold, and possibly the whole company, either way the stock should trade $6+ post such actions. Worth noting, in addition to the Mississippian deal that just closed, the company maybe sitting on additional Mississippian reserves at Logan country, where Osage Exploration made a big discovery on Monday: http://finance.yahoo.com/news/osage-releases-initial-production-rate-130000669.h\ tml But anyhow the Mississippian is just a sweetener, the key metrics to watch for are: NAV and per flowing barrel valuations, both of which trade at under half the company peers. Regards, Nawar PS. Sorry to post about EQU here, I don't wish to clutter this board with something unrelated, but just wanted to respond to some of the posts here.
