Sinopec is the Chinese Government. They have for years now, after a ''raid'' on Africa, all over the west coast, some 5 years ago, it started; and Vacum cleaning it all; Lot's of Money/Credit/Finance etc. Made many a deal; and sort of ''frontrunning'' the western oil cos., tks to the wise Congress of USA. lol They all have their own means of generating money, especially now, law making, that ANY Member of Congress, can, and will, front run, on delicate informaton of course emerging from Investigations of anything Money Worth. Wagon and horse.............
