Well said, BostonMatty. When the stock moves up and keep moving up, everybody is happy and think the CEO can do no wrong. When it comes down for whatever reason, "investors" find fault to blame for their loss. I expect management of cos I invest in to develop strategies for long term growth to reward investors. So far Kirk has delivered his promise, so I am counting on news to come "in weeks and months" like he indicated. What more can an investor ask for transparency from a CEO?
Of course I could have sold my XON holding at high 30's and ZIOP at near 10 in hindsight and bought back 30% more shares using the proceeds. I believe the value of my holdings will easily exceed 50% by the end of the year, if not earlier.
