generally, all the positive data is presented. Manuscripts usually have more in depth data which generally brings out more questions about the data. I think we will see more questionable stuff in the manuscript. and since it has to go through more intesnse peer review than presentations, you can expect what's in the paper to be vetted by the scientific community. In other words, they are not going to let Elan be more optimistic than the data really calls for.
Based on my experience with the peer review process, I, for one, do not expect the paper to be more positive than the ICAD presentation. However, it should be more thorough and give us more of an insight into JnJ and Pfizer's thinking.
