What apparently eluded you is that Dexter's time frame is evergreen.  Like the horizon, the end is always in sight but you are never nearer to the end.

 

Dexter is smart not to use a fixed date because then more people would realize how FOS he is--like those people who kept touting the slow train. Yeah that train that got derailed and trashed a bunch of times.

 

The original two year period expired some time back; but since with every Dexter post it gets a fresh start, time never runs out.

 

Two things in life are supposed to be certain: death and taxes (and a few have figured out how to beat the later).  ELN again at $30  is not on that list; and unless you are as young as some of your posts would indicate, there is a likelihood that both will catch up with you before you see ELN at $30 share.  I hope not; but since you didn't offer to pass the pipe with the good stuff you are smoking, I am duty bound to bring a little reality to your parade.
