From EXXI's conference call last week, Schiller mentioned that MMR had penetrated the salt weld and was running liner. The 10Q filing today says they had a high pressure gas flow immediately below the salt weld.

I was a little bummed when Schiller did not mention finding gas after drilling through the salt weld because I thought the seismic interpretations might be off. I feel much better now that MMR reports having a high pressure gas flow below the weld. Very positive development.
