We look at this stock like Al Mann is Cargill (non-public massive grain concern). Let's say this is farmland...in Iowa...the best. Cargill (Al Mann owns 40%)...Blackstone, Griffin own 10-15%...maybe Sanafi is in the process of owning another 5-10% depending on agreements. The small banks are trying to stay short the smaller farmers...while there is a surplus of grains presently (hypothetically for our case here)...a drought might be looming...the banks are shorting the best farmland (Iowa) vs say Nebraska or Oklahoma etc...hoping. Short-term we are trading...even getting short at times (very briefly)...Someone shorting this (my guess Citadal) is putting this in the lower 1% of 1% of all stocks in the market...some very good well-heeled people putting this in the top 1% of 1%...we gotta game! cheers mw
