Yes and No. I only entered the Chinese stocks in 2007. My return in 7 years from 2001 to 2007 in US stock was about 40 times. Not a single fraud.  Return from 2007 to day in Chinese stock was only about 2 times.  I have made most of return in US stocks.  Most of the gain in Chinese stocks evaporated.  Very few know Chinese frauds even 3 years' ago, you and my self included.
