Re: The Seven Year Itch
Speaking of the fall of Rome, I had an online conversation this afternoon where the idea got thrown out that we shouldn't study what Rome did wrong but should rather study what the Visigoths did right. The idea was to learn from the winners instead of the losers.
Maybe the decline of the US is as much about what terrorists, illegal immigrants and Chinese manufacturers are doing well as much as what we are doing poorly. Just food for thought.
