Re: Good Lord! Could we please drop to 1605 and get this nonsense over with I overstated it by saying that it is irrelevant. I guess by definition that anything that is widely used is relevant. However, in our computer age we could come up with a much better index. I guess that I should have said that the DOW 30 is anachronistic.
