Corporate Hijacking
I follow a dead stock, NMGL, which together with FFGO, HGLC, ASPA, SJC?, and GNCP were all set my one guy, steven lumb, all scams that were in mining, never did any, but issued billion and billions of shares and are dead. FFGO revoked, HGLC suspende (2 trillion a/s), sjc> dead, aspa and nmgl filed form 15's and went silent and dark and GNCP quickly dumped 16 billion and is now dead.
Purpose of this? Old time scammer, lawyer, Mehu Hands, very nasty, has started hijacking shells. He just did NMGL. In nevada, all it takes is for a shareholder to prove the shell has been abandoned, being unable to contact officer or board members and lack of recent information. The shareholder, no matter how small, can petition the local court to be the custodian. Once the custodian, the shareholder can appoint a new board and management and takeover the company.
My guess is Colorado has similar statutes for any adventuresome shareholder.
