Trading ISIS stock
Re. trading any stock like one poster to this board seems to do, the problem, it seems, is that a person/organization has to make two (2) correct decisions to realize a profit. They have to make an appropriate decision as to when to buy a stock and then when to sell. Years ago, we found out this the hard way when the company I was with engaged a market timer to manage our pension assets. They said they had a sophisticated system (charts, technical, etc.) for moving money between different asset classes. Over a period of time, their method proved no more profitable than a "buy and hold" strategy. In fact, it was slightly worse.
