Re: Regulus and misc.This is a good thing if they execute the IPO as contemplated. Venture Cap strategies try to buy first and pass the torch to heavy hitters at inflated prices. This may work perfectly. Isis orig investment goes up 10X with little Addl investment because others have been brought in not at diluted prices but with increased pricing. This is not harmful or dilutive.
