Re: Breagh update - game change Hmm, CIBC just came out with their report that states the recent reductions in Breagh should have a neutral effect on the NAV. Also re-affirmed a $3.25 price target, not inlcuding any furture drilling in Romania.
Doesn't sound like they feel bankruptcy is a possibility.
