Oullins, I completely disagree with your stance on 2 rigs.  If you'd asked me last week, I would have been ambivalent toward the idea.  But when you're given a 5 year tax holiday on petroleum profits, you take full advantage of it.  We're talking about tens of millions of dollars in additional after-tax cash flow per well annually during the tax holiday.  Christ, I hope somebody on the BOD understands how important this is, because the market sure doesn't.
