I e mailed acting CEO (his e mail address was on website and in news releases)...right after CC about this. To my surprise he replied within a couple of hours. He said they can survive and that was with oil lower, also said the contract has some terms in it that protect them and they are a low cost producer. I doubt he could say anything else and agree the Nigerian Mafia could force them out in many ways. However, maybe the new president is honestly wanting to end the corruption. He ran on that as well as bringing foreign investment back. Shell is now talking making major investment in Nigerian onshore gas and there has been other foreign money coming in. If MW forces MMT into bankruptcy for a fairly low sum, it would not encourage foreign investment.
