For some it's Friday. For me, it's 3 down and 5 to go.










Not a great week for CEN but hang on. We're about to see a big change. The general market doesn't know what to do but CEN just keeps bringing on new production and increasing 2p.

I like sleeping.

A doctor on his morning walk, noticed this old lady. She was sitting on her front step smoking
a cigar, so he walked up to her and said, “I couldn’t help
but notice how happy you look! What is your secret?”
“I smoke ten cigars a day,” she said.
Apart from that, I drink a whole bottle of Jack Daniels
every week, and eat only junk food. On weekends, I pop
pills, have sex, and I don’t exercise at all.”
“That is absolutely amazing! How old are you?”
“Forty,” she replied.


I would do anything to lose 20 pounds...
except eat healthy and work out.
