I may not understand your question, but I think TKMR's drug is commercially made RNA molecules packaged by TKMR in their proprietary LNPs. There are many commercial vendors of RNAs, as Mulletman made clear to me when I first joined the MB. You tell the vendor the sequence you want and how much you want, and they make it for you. TKMR designed the sequence based on the sequence data for the current outbreak. They also chose sequences which would not interfere with any human gene function, so the sequence selection has to satisfy two criteria. But I think it's mostly a computer driven selection with some human checking; not particularly difficult once you've already shown which Ebola genes you want to target. You then e-mail the sequences to your vendor of choice and say you want X gms of each, issue a P.O., and in a few weeks you get the RNAs. Put it in to LNPs, fill into vials, lyophilize and you're good to go.
