The world of science must certainly have many flaws - it's a human endeavor after all. But, maligning the field is not the same as advancing an argument, which you should try to do. Scientists thrive on poking holes in the work of others to advance their own publications. It's actually quite rare to achieve the degree of agreement that we see about the HUGE problems associated with the warming we are causing. We are already living with more variable weather - more floods, more droughts, disease vectors moving north, insects and flowers out of sync - and our kids will face worse. Don't buy coastal property, ok?
It takes a major conspiracy theory to think that politics and grant money has brought every bloody scientific organization on the planet into agreement about the seriousness of the warming we are causing. Grubbing for grant money is a paltry explanation.
