Re: PATENTS TO DATE PER SARAH
F6, you saw the question I asked, which is the one you posted. Generally do we have in hand a patent on the 208/Crestor combo.i posted what she replied. I am sure she has a good reaso for not answering our question. I really can't tell from the info she provided, and I could not access your link re the PR. As respects to the lost patent, so to speak, I have a pretty good ide who bearpt RVX to the patent office. HE was a former employee who made a contribution to the discovery of Sen003365 etc.whatever agreement he signed with RVX was simply not adequate to forclose his or his assignee from filing firstly, all simply my guesswork and opinion. I have no real facts. Such a shame though that with all the high paid talent RVX has, this obvious negligence , IMHO, has resulted in the waste of much $$$$$ and more importantly the delay of potentially life saving treatment for years for those that need it, if it works.mI too wonder as well!
