How come?On a quiet residential street today, in a nice middle class neighborhood, I encountered a man marching down the middle of the street. He looked like one of those Russian soldiers marching in a Red Square military parade. He appeared to be in good shape for a guy I guess was in his fifties, and so I complimented him on his marching style as he marched past me. After a few more verbal exchanges, he decided to stop. Then, he turned around, and started to come back to me, explaining that he had a stent put in a year ago. After establishing that he had cardiovascular disease, I began to tell him about Resverlogix. About its 77% reduction in MACE events in the diabetic population – he told me immediately that he wasn’t diabetic, but I told him all about the Phase 3 trial...that it was a small molecule and the plan was to make it very affordable. I told him how it worked...how the stock price had been all over the map over the years, and that of all places, it was in Calgary, Alberta. I forgot to tell him about our two billionaire investors who own a big chunk of our shares and who it appears forgot to tell their rich friends about us, and how they can buy shares too! I also told him about Zenith, and about the prostrate trials that were about to start up, and how I was hoping that these two companies would help a lot of people in the future. Well, he pulled out his phone, and I had to spell out “Resverlogix” for him. He told me that he goes to a heart lab every two weeks, and how he was going to tell all the heart patients there about what I had told him. I told him to pass it on to the doctors as well. And he thanked me big time at the end of our conversation. He was really excited, and I was very happy to see how thankful he was to hear about our two little companies that could become big game changers one day. Now, I don’t know if he will buy some shares in the future, but how come our company heads and our PR/IR “machine” can’t seem to get our message out to Main Street America? People with health issues...people with money...people looking for great stories to invest in? F6 |
