repost from stockhouse:
Just attended the Annual General Meeting which ended about 30 minutes ago. Charlie Gambia and others were in Columbia but we were able to see them on a large screen and they could hear us and answer questions or give comments. The tele-conferencing system did not work too well so Marke Teare, Vice Preident Exploration made a speech covering all the areas of interest. It was illustrated by the last update the company on the company website. I asked a few questions on Capella and found that the well performance is much better than I thought . 18 wells making a600 barrels per day. There are 2 horizontal wells and they are about 4 times better than the verticals. In addition, some of the new horizontal wells will be drilled into a different layer of the reservoir and might perform even better. There is a very low decline rate which is also excellent news.
The security is fairly good in the area with no problems with drilling shut downs but the trucks are sometimes attacked and the army comes in to sort out the problems. There have been a few days that oil transportation has been stopped but no major events.
The other prospects look fantastic and Shell has farmed into an area that could prove to be a big deal.
Capella, eveen with only a 10 percent interest could be much better than expected and CNE has a number of 100 % percent prospects which could be just as good. It should be a great year.
I will be in buying more shares monday.
